The Import/export Topic form is displayed when the Import/export topic is selected from the TOPIC DEVELOPMENT STEPS menu.
Importing: In IMPORTING a TOPIC, a Window prompts you to complete the UNIX path of where the Topic is held and the file name of the Topic to be imported. When the system has imported a Topic, it asks you to give the imported TOPIC a name (Topic Code):
Example: Install as topic XX
Use a relevant CODE for the imported Topic - See Add/Modify Topic.
Exporting: This option is used to export a Topic from the system. When exporting, a Window prompts you to give the exported Topic a filename. It also requires you to define the path of where the exported Topic is to be kept.
