This form is displayed when you select the Assign button on the Edit Control Assignments form with the Custom Dropdowns tab displayed. It enables you to set the custom dropdown for the edit control represented by the selected line in that form's Custom Dropdowns grid.

to choose from a menu of lookup tables
Preview: The lookup table's contents
Blank allowed?: A tick indicates that an empty field is valid

Maintain: Enables you to add, amend, and remove the contents of the edit control lookup table
