This form is opened when the WL company relationships options is selected from the CM miscellaneous options menu.
It facilitates the creation of relationships between Point of sale companies so that an agent can easily see which workshops are possible alternatives when booking a customers vehicle in for service work. This facility is particularly useful for large groups where dealerships are potentially a considerable distance from each other.
It is used to create the links between Point of sale companies. There are three main areas to consider these are:-
The menu and tool bar include options required to add, remove or amend WL company relationships the table below shows what these options are.

This field enable you to select the POS company for which you want to set up relationships. The appropriate company can be selected using the drop down 
or can be typed in. If the company number is typed in the system will validate the entry.
The process cannot begin until a company has been selected. Once selected any existing relationships will be displayed in the non-linked and linked company panes. Care should be taken when creating the relationships as incorrect ones could lead to incorrect service bookings. If this is going to be used administrators should be aware that this functionality will be affected by branch company mapping.
The non-linked and linked company panes display the current POS company relationships for the selected company. The links may be changed using the buttons between the panes. For example if a new relationship is required the relevant company is selected from the left hand(non-linked companies) pane and the right pointing button clicked. As the button is clicked the selected company will be moved to the linked companies list. The reverse of this process is used if a relationship is no longer required.
