The Experian information form displays the differences between what is currently in the vehicle record (if one exists) and the Experian results. By accepting the Experian results the vehicle record is overwritten with the items selected.
The four module areas listed below call the Experian check. Each one has a push button called Experian or Experian check. Clicking this button launches the Experian process.

The results information is populated in the following format:
Item Current data Experian results Accept? Description Hatch 1.9Tdi Reg.date // 26/06/2003 Colour Red Fuel type P Transmission M CC 1868 Chassis number XXXXXXXX123456789 Engine number XXXX6019291 CO2 143 Body Style H
Grey - Experian results are the same as current data.
Yellow - Experian has failed to return any useful data.
If an Experian check has been done before or there is existing data in the CRM Vehicle record, the current data will have information entered. When an Experian check is done the accept? option is automatically ticked to include the new data. If not required click the required option in the Accept? column to deselect it.
Tip: Clicking the Accept? heading displays the options to select or deselect all changes.
Not every form that calls an Experian check contains the same items. Below is a checklist of what items are contained in each module.
