The Find specific variant function has been introduced to expedite finding a variant from the Build Specification tree.
To find a specific variant:
From the FRANCHISE DATA menu select the Build specifications option.
The Maintain Build Specifications form is displayed.
Select Tools > Find specific variant from the menu bar or click the Find specific variant button 
on the toolbar.
The Find Specific Variant form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select Tools > Find specific variant from the menu bar on the Maintain Build Specifications form or click the Find specific variant button on the toolbar. It enables you to find a specific variant quickly.
Franchise: Franchise to search for, selectable with an Ellipsis button.
Model: Model to search for, selectable with an Ellipsis button.
Variant: Variant to search for, selectable with an Ellipsis button.
Check box:
Hide non-current models and variants: When this check box is ticked, only current models and variants are displayed for searching.
Buttons:
Go: Takes you directly to the selected variant in the Build Specification tree.
Note: This button becomes available when the Franchise, Model and Variant fields have all been completed.
Cancel: Returns you to the Maintain Build Specifications form.
