If the selected Reason/RTS code within the approval matches the RTS code contained within a the vehicle schedule then this form is displayed. This form displays all of the current service schedule events for the selected vehicle and is used to link a scheduled event to a maintenance approval. The appropriate scheduled event should be selected; this is typically the event at the top of the list. At this stage the approval has already prompted for an odometer reading/date with which to update the vehicle record.
To view the Approval Schedule List Box:
From the Master Menu, select the Maintenance Control option and Company required.
The Maintenance Control Menu is displayed.
Select the Maintenance Control option.
The Maintenance Control form is displayed.
Select the icon.
The Fleet Global Search form is displayed.
Select the required vehicle record for which the approval is to be issued.
Select Issue from the Approval menu and complete the details in the Approval Issue Tab.
Right-click on the Approval Line grid.
The Authorisation form is displayed.
Select the button to
locate the required Reason code. If this matches the RTS code for a scheduled
event then this form is displayed.

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Approval Schedule List Box dialogue box contains the following fields:
Odo: The odometer reading at which the scheduled event is to take place (if applicable).
Odo date: The system is continually calculating an estimated odometer usage based on the registration date and the latest odometer reading/date taken held against the vehicle. From this it can calculate a daily odometer distance travelled and therefore calculate the date on which the next odometer scheduled event is to take place.

F: The date from which the scheduled event is considered valid. This is taken from the Valid Days Before field held in the Service Schedule Template Header. The scheduled event cannot be linked to the approval if the approval date does not fall within this range.
T: The date up to which the scheduled event is considered valid. This is taken from the Valid days After field held in the Service Schedule Template Header. The scheduled event cannot be linked to the approval if the approval date does not fall within this range.
COMMAND BUTTONS:
OK: Links the scheduled event to the approval and when the Authorisation form is exited and saved the Service Schedule form may be selected from the Review Menu on the approval to see the now linked Status and Action Date.
Cancel: Returns to the Authorisation form without linking the scheduled event to the approval.
