This form is accessed via Vehicle Administration / Service Schedules / Flag Missed Schedule Items.
The Flag Missed Schedule Items form is displayed which provides the facility to process all existing service schedule items and flag as missed any which are older than the number of days that are specified within the Event Valid Before and Event Valid After parameters time frame defined within the Service Schedule Header. A RepGen report can then be generated to report on this flag and print all missed service schedule items.
The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Flag Missed Schedule Items Dialogue Box and a series of Command Buttons.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
The Flag Missed Schedule Items Dialogue Box contains a description of the process that is to be carried out, which is as follows:
This function will process all of the service schedules and flag as missed any which are older than the number of days specified on the system parameters.
The list of command buttons is as follows:
Initiates the process. A service schedule event is calculated to take place on a particular date or at a particular odometer reading. The scheduled time of the service is considered valid if it falls between the Event Valid Before and Event Valid After parameters time frame defined within the Service Schedule Header. At a given frequency the Flag Missed Schedules function is run (typically within Timed Operations) which calculates whether the scheduled event has taken place within the given time frame. If the event has not taken place then it is flaged as Missed; a standard report is available to list all missed scheduled events.
Exits the Flag Missed Schedule Items form and returns to the Service Schedule menu without taking any action.
