The Police Accident Report is used for logging police accident report details.
The following fields are displayed:
The number of the police constable reporting the accident.
The name of the police constable reporting the accident.
The police station to which the accident is reported.
The crime number allocated by the police to the incident.
A checkbox which if ticked, denotes that a breathaliser was taken in respect of the accident.
