This form is accessed via Vehicle Administration/ Service Schedules / Vehicle Schedules and selection of the ??? icon or Delete Outstanding Schedules from the Tools menu.
The Delete Outstanding Schedules form is displayed which deletes ALL unallocated vehicle schedule item lines held against the vehicle.
The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Delete Outstanding Schedules Dialogue Box and a series of Command Buttons.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
Contains the following warning text:
All outstanding items for this vehicle will be deleted. Do you wish to continue?
Note: Only the outstanding service schedule records connected to the currently selected vehicle are deleted.
The list of command buttons is as follows:
Proceeds to delete ALL OUTSTANDING vehicle schedule item lines held against the selected vehicle.
Exits the Delete Outstanding Schedules form and returns to the previous form without taking any action.
