This form is accessed via Vehicle Administration / Service Schedules / Vehicle
Schedules and selection of the 
icon or Create Schedule from the Tools menu. It is also displayed on selection of
the 
icon or Create Special
from the Tools menu. It is also accessed from a number of other areas within the
Service Schedule process.
The Select a Schedule Template form is displayed which enables the required Service Schedule Template Header to be selected from this menu if, on searching for an entry that matches the vehicle variant, the system finds more than one match.
The Select a Schedule Template form is also displayed if the Create Special options is selected so that this form displays a full list of templates with no attempt made to locate a specific template that matches the vehicle profile.
The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Select A Schedule Template Dialogue Box and a series of Command Button at the bottom of the form.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
Contains a Service Schedule Template Header table that contains either a vehicle specific template match or, if the Create Special options is selected, displays a full list of templates with no attempt made to locate a specific template that matches the vehicle profile.
The following fields are displayed for each service schedule template header that is displayed:
The Service Schedule Group Code associated with the Service Schedule Template Header.
The Service Schedule Template Header description associated with the Group code.

Having highlighted the required template this command button confirms the selection.
Exits the Select A Schedule Template form and returns to the previous form without taking any action.
