YEAR END

Overview

The Year End form is accessed via Contract Administration / Taxation Management / Year End and enables all usage transactions tables to be initialised and performs a year end clear down.

The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Year End Dialogue Box and a series of Command Buttons at the bottom of the form.

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

Year End Dialogue Box

This form displays the following two mutually exclusive menu options:

• Abort

Aborts the procedure and returns to the Taxation Management Menu.

• Delete ALL Usage Transactions

Presents a further sub-menu displaying the following options:

• Abort

Returns to the Taxation Management Menu without taking any action.

• Year End Clear Down

Command Buttons

A number of command buttons are available:

• OK

Confirms and proceeds with the selected menu option.

• Cancel

Cancels any menu options and returns to the Taxation Management Menu.

• Help

Provides online access to a context sensitive Helpform.
