This menu displays several sub-menu's that enable you to create, edit and delete set up tables for this module.
It is displayed when you select Fleet Kompact > Miscellaneous Options.
Customer Details: Enables the production of a company record you can use to allocate company specific details.
Generate Third Party Invoices: Generates a maintenance approval against the vehicle for a fixed period and amount.
Products: Enables the creation, review or edit of a Fleet Kompact product with its associated product splits.
Residual Value Templates: Gives the ability to step (annually) depreciation over some or all of the periods of a contract.
Posting Table Set-up: Enables the creation/editing of a posting controls table for the Fleet Product.
Posting Elements: Used to define the control table elements that are used as part of the posting routines.
User Permissions: Used to set permissions for individual Fleet Kompact users to allow them individually-defined access and edit rights to the system.
Progress Codes: Used to create, edit and delete progress codes.
Approval Class Codes: Used to create, edit and delete maintenance class codes.
Approval Operation Codes: Used to create, edit and delete operation codes.
Cost Centres: Used to allocate a particular agreement to a specific cost centre or department for a customer.
Kompact Generic Import: Allows a standard spreadsheet format to be used for importing Kompact maintenance approvals.
