Accessed by way of the Contract Reviewform followed by selection of either
Audit Log
from the
View Menu
or the
icon from the
Toolbar
which presents the
Fleet Audit Log
form. A
double-left-click of the mouse on any row within the
Audit Grid
presents
the
Audit Log Details
form for a more detailed review of any audited
event within the grid.
This form is split into four parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Audit Log Details Dialogue Box enables a review of all audited events for the selected contracted. Audited events are defined within Quotations within the Environment module.
Description
A description of the audited event e.g. Order Created , Amend Registration , etc.
The date on which the audited event is carried out and recorded on the system.
The time on which the audited event is carried out and recorded on the system.
The user id of the person who has carried out the selected event e.g. kcc123 .
Displays the module id in which the particular audited event takes place. For example, the Quote Accepted event displays the FO module id to denote that this event took place within the Vehicle Purchasing module.
Displays the company identifier number (e.g. 01 ) which is a useful indicator within a multi-company environment.
Displays the event record number from the Contract Audit Events table (set-up in Quotations within the Environment module).
As well as logging the user id of the person who performed the event, the system also logs the terminal id so that it can be established at which terminal this process was carried out e.g. 27 .
The OK command button performs a return to the Fleet Audit Log form.
