Accessed via Contract Review, selection of the Vehicle Tab and a single-left-click on either the Description, Quoted or St columns within the Specification Grid.
This sub-form enables the vehicle specification or individual specification item to be viewed in more detail.
Note: If the View Vehicle Financials Priority priority is set within the Details Tab of System Parameters in Fleet System Management then, if the user does not have sufficient priority, this form cannot be displayed.
The full vehicle variant or individual specification item description.
The vehicle variant or individual specification item code e.g. VEHCL or F12.
Displays a single digit code indicating the status of a particular option e.g. Vehicle, Factory Fit, Dealer Fit, Standard, etc.
A checkbox which, if ticked, denotes that the selected item has been ordered and purchased separately as a cash item.
Displays the original quoted price of the vehicle variant or individual specification item.
Displays the calculated V.A.T. value for the original quoted price of the vehicle variant or individual specification item.
Displays the order price of the vehicle variant or individual specification item.
Displays the calculated V.A.T. value for the order price of the vehicle variant or individual specification item.
Displays the actual invoice price of the vehicle variant or individual specification item.
Displays the calculated V.A.T. value for the invoice price of the vehicle variant or individual specification item.
The supplier discount value for an option. This field is displayed for Factory Fitted Options only. No value is held for Dealer Fitted Accessories. The default value is calculated using the option List Price and the discount percentage held against the quoted vehicle variant (located in the "current" Cost field in the Prices Tab of the Model Variant Details menu option within Franchise Data) but can be edited within this form.
A further bonus provided by the dealer in addition to the Discount (e.g. "Fast Start Bonus").
Displays the residual value net of V.A.T. of the vehicle variant or individual specification item (if applicable).
