Selection of Vehicle Disposal from the View Menu (or alternatively

Contract Review form presents the
Vehicle Disposal form which enables the disposal details of the vehicle contract to
be viewed.
This form is constituted of four elements, which are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
The content of the Vehicle Disposal menu bar is as follows:
Exits the current form and returns to the Contract Review form.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.

The Vehicle Disposal Dialogue Box contains the following data:
Registration Number
The vehicle registration number e.g. X807UVW.
Vehicle Description
The full vehicle variant description.
A Vehicle Disposal Grid displaying the following data:
- Invoice Reference
The invoice reference number. The system utomatically defaults the registration number of the vehicle sold. This may be overwritten within the Re-CRM process if required.
- Sold
The sale date of the vehicle. This is picked up as the invoice date to the customer.
- Invoice Name
Displays the Invoice Name associated with the selected Sales Ledger Account.
- Disposal Invoice Address
Displays the Invoice Address associated with the selected Sales Ledger Account.
- Invoice Post code
Displays the Invoice Address postcode associated with the selected Sales Ledger Account.
- Gross Realisation
The actual value being received for the vehicle from the client i.e. the Gross Realisation.
- Net Realisation
- VAT on Gross
The VAT on the Gross Value. This field is automatically completed by the system according to the value input in the Gross Realisation and the Gross VAT Code fields. The value may be edited if required.
