Accessed by way of the Contract Review form followed by selection of
either WIP Log from the View Menuor the
icon from the
Toolbar which presents the WIP Log form. A single-left-click of the
mouse on any row within the WIP Log Grid presents the WIP Details form
for review of any WIP log record.
This form is split into four parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.

Exits to the WIP Log form.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.

The WIP Details Dialogue Box enables the selected WIP log item to be reviewed (but not edited) in more detail by displaying the following fields:
The registration number of the vehicle.
The full vehicle variant description.
A five digit system generated sequential number for the WIP record e.g. 10038. This is not unique; the system cycles round on five digits and some bigger systems may have repeated numbers.
This is the customer's telephone number (brought across with the WIP job).
Displays a complete list of all part lines included within the selected WIP record. The following fields are displayed:
- Part Number
The part number of the part used within the WIP repair job.
- Description
The full description explaining the associated Part Number code.
Displays a complete list of all labour lines included within the selected WIP record. The following fields are displayed:
- RTS Code
The VMRS (Vehicle Maintenance Repair Standards) Code (e.g. S27). These codes are set-up via Miscellaneous Options / Maintenance Codes Menu / VMRS Codes and are subsequently used to identify maintenance operations.

The full description explaining the associated VMRS code e.g. Carry out 27,000 Mile Service.
