QUOTATION MAKE-UP REVIEW (CUSTOMER TAB)

Overview

Accessed by way of Fleet Quotations / Quotations and selection of the icon.

Selection of the Customer Tab enables a review of all the details for the customer attached to quotation.

Customer Dialogue Box

The Customer Tab contains the following information:

• Company name

Displays the company name.

• Customer Magic

Displays the unique system generated company magic number.

• Contact

Displays the contact target name for the selected company.

• Customer Address

A series of fields that display the full five line customer address.

• Postcode

Displays the company postcode.

• VRB %age Passed on

Displays the percentage of Volume Related Bonus (received from the manufacturer) which is to be passed on to a particular customer.

• Quote Reference

After a quotation has been saved within the primary quotations form both a Quotation No. and a Quote Reference are generated. If the quotation is subsequently amended then a new Quotation No. is generated each time the quotation is saved; however, each successive edited quotation will retain the same unique Quote Reference number. An audited log can therefore be kept of all edits to the original quotation by way of this Quote Reference number.
