QUOTATION MAKE-UP REVIEW (OPTIONS/ACCESSORIES TAB)

Overview

Accessed by way of Fleet Quotations / Quotations and selection of the icon.

Selection of the Options/Accessories Tab enables a review of all vehicle option and accessory details.

Option/Accessories Dialogue Box

The Option/Accessories Tab contains the following information:

• Options Free Text

If multiple options are selected for a vehicle then a field within the Options Review form is used to enter a free text description to encompass all of these options and be returned to the primary Quotation form. This free text description is displayed here.

• FFO List Price

Displays the total Factory Fitted Options List Price

• FFO Discount

Displays the total Factory Fitted Options discount value

• FFO OTR Price

Displays the total Factory Fitted Options "On the Road" price.

• FFO P11D value

Displays the total Factory Fitted Options P11D price.

• FFO Maint Budget

Displays the total Factory Fitted Options maintenance budget.

• FFO Total RV

Displays the total residual value for all Factory Fitted Options.

• FFO NET RV

Displays the total residual value (net of VAT) for all Factory Fitted Options.

• DFA List Price

Displays the total Dealer Fitted Accessories List Price.

• DFA OTR Price

Displays the total Dealer Fitted Accessories "On the Road" price.

• DFA P11D value

Displays the total Dealer Fitted Accessories P11D price.

• DFA Maint Budget

Displays the total Dealer Fitted Accessories maintenance budget.

• DFA Total RV

Displays the total residual value for all Dealer Fitted Accessories.

• DFA NET RV

Displays the total residual value (net of VAT) for all Dealer Fitted Accessories.

• Total Options Maint Budget

Displays the total maintenance budget for both Factory Fitted Options and Dealer Fitted Accessories.

• Total Options RV

Displays the total residual value for both Factory Fitted Options and Dealer Fitted Accessories.

• Options Grid

Displays all of the options held against the vehicle within the current quotation. The following details are summarised for each option:

• Description

Provides a full textual description of the vehicle option.

• Cash

A tick denotes that this is a cash option i.e. this option was flagged as a cash item when selected within the quotation. It is therefore not included within the quotation calculation but may be seen on the quotation so that it is ordered and, when purchased, the system prompts for this item to be recharged to the customer.

• Type

Displays a single digit code indicating the status of a particular option e.g. Factory Fit, Dealer Fit, Standard, etc.

• List

The List Price of each option if applicable.

• Disc%

The discount percentage available for each option.

• OTR

The "On The Road" price for each option.

• P11D

The P11D price for each option.
