Selection of the Product Tab enables a breakdown of the product to be viewed.
The Product Tab contains the following information:
The first field displays the appropriate product code for the selected Product Type e.g. CHWM. The second field displays the a textual description for the selected Product Type.
Displays the calculation basis code for the selected Product Type e.g. CH.
This table provides a breakdown of the Budget costs for each of the default Product Options for the selected Product Type chosen in the quotation. If the Product Cover Type has been deselected (i.e. set to None) within the Product Review form then the option is still displayed but will contain a 0.00 budget value.
Note: A single-right-click in the Budget column of the grid, for a particular budget option, displays an Edit Period Rental form. This form enables entry of a period value instead of full contract value. This value is to be the new period value for the rest of the contract. If the contract is in period 10 of a 36 month contract then if £2.00 is entered as the period value the system calculates the budget as £2.00 x the number of periods left on that contract.
