Accessed by way of the Terminations / Termination Washouts menu options followed by selection of Washout - Automatic.
Displays the Automatic Washout Dialogue Box. This option is available for overnight Timed Operations batching if required. The system checks in the lease type controls for the date to allow the Washout posting to be made. It then makes all the necessary postings for any terminated contract of the relevant lease type.
The system displays the following prompt: Perform Automatic Washout?.
The following command buttons are available:
Sets the vehicle status to be washed-out Automatically allowing the system to take the necessary action when the date becomes due for the washout of the lease type to take place.
Returns to the previous menu without actioning the automatic washout procedure.
Provides online context-sensitive help.
