The Termination Copy Nominal Codes set-up screen is accessed via Terminations / Termination Washouts / Copy Nominal Codes or Terminations / Miscellaneous Options / Copy Nominal Codes and enables the copying of Nominal codes from one Calculation Basis Code to another. This saves time and ensures that only minimal alterations need be made; in many instances no amendments may be required at all as the only difference in the basis code may be the way in which the calculation is undertaken.
Note: Care must be taken in setting the codes correctly as the target calculation basis record is overwritten as directed.
The screen is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Termination Copy Nominal Codes Dialogue Box and the column of Command Buttons down the right-hand side of the screen.
In addition to displaying the screen name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

The source Calculation Basis Codeto be used from which to copy the Nominal codes to another Calculation Basis Code.
A single-left-click of the ellipsis button to the right of this field displays a Calculation Basis Details List Box that enables selection from the current available basis codes. The required code is selected by highlighting with the mouse and the OK command button is used to confirm this selection and return to the Copy Nominal Codes screen.

The required code is selected by highlighting with the mouse and the OK command button is used to confirm this selection and return to the Copy Nominal Codes screen.

The system proceeds to copy the codes from the source Calculation Basis Method to the target Calculation Basis Code.
Aborts the process and exits the Termination Copy Nominal Codes screen returning to the previous screen.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help screen.
