The Quick Terminations - Create Other Charge screen is accessed by way of Terminations / Quotations & Extensions / Quick Terminations and selection of the Charges Tab. A single-left-click in a blank row enables an new charge to be created.

The top quarter of the screen displays relatively static information relating to the vehicle and selected original agreement details. The following fields are displayed:
The registration number of the vehicle. The ellipsis button (...) immediately to the right of the Registration No field is used to initiate the Fleet Global Search (Alternatively, the
icon may be used). This screen is utilised to locate, select and open a particular vehicle record by way of a number of alternative selection criteria methods.
The master agreement number (produced at the Convert Quote stage of the original contract e.g. 100045 ) for which the quick termination is to be carried out.
The current status of the original agreement e.g. Live.
Consists of two fields. The first field contains the customer adress group code. The second field contains the address group description of the customer currently in possession of the vehicle.

The lease type is a two digit alphanumeric code (e.g. CM) that is created within Fleet System Management / Miscellaneous Options / Lease Types . The lease type is initially selected against the vehicle quotation within the Convert Quote menu option within Fleet Quotations.
The second field contains the full lease type description associated with the lease type code e.g. Contract Hire With Maintenance
This is a legacy of the Rev 7 system and although a Definition needs to be selected within Fleet system Management it is not used as this is now controlled within the Fleet Quotations product. The lease definition not have to be selected within the quotation itself although Contract Upload prompts for it.
Consists of two fields. The first field contains the lease definition code e.g. A that is created within Fleet System Management / Miscellaneous Options / Posting Controls / Lease Definitions . The lease type is initially selected against the vehicle quotation within the Convert Quote menu option within Fleet Quotations.
The second field contains the full lease definition description associated with the lease type code e.g. Contract Hire With Maintenance.
The period of hire e.g. 36 (months) for the selected contract. This values comes from the original quotation.
The original agreed contract distance.
The remainder of the Quick Terminations - Create Other Charge Dialogue Box Enables the charge information to be edited. The following fields are displayed:
Selection of the ellipsis button immediately to the right of this field presents a Charge Codes List Box that displays existing codes. The appropriate code may be highlighted/selected and the OK command button used to return the code and its associated details to the Create Other Charge form.
The description associated with the current charge code. This field cannot be edited.
The text associated with the selected charge code. This text defaults in with the selected charge code but may be amended if required. Up to three lines of fifty characters of text are available for text entry. This text appears on the recharge invoice to the customer.
The charge value associated with the selected charge code. This value defaults in with the selected charge code but may be amended if required. This is the charge value (net of VAT) that is to be recharge to the customer.
The code that is to be used to calculated the VAT to be added to the invoice. This code defaults in with the selected charge code but may be amended if required by selection of an alternative VAT Code from the list presented by the ellipsis button immediately to the right of this field.
This is a calcualted value using the Value and the VAT Code. This value may be edited if required.
This is a calcualted value and is the total of the charge Value and the VAT Value. This value cannot be edited.
