The termination quote is calculated with a specific termination date.
If the actual termination date is greater than that within the
quotation then the system calculates the value for the extra days
The daily rate is calculated by dividing the monthly rate.
This screen is split into three parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the screen name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Extra Days form contains the following fields:
A calculated daily value. This uses the period rental to calculate a daily charge.
This field is only populated if a contract is terminated after the end date of the agreement or after the agreed end date of an Early Termination. The value of the charge may be overridden. The system also validates the customer record to establish if there are any days grace for the return of vehicles.
