Accessed by way of Terminations / Quotations & Extensions / Manual Quotations and selection of the Other Charges Tab. Followed by selection of the Delete Charge command button.
The Delete Charge form enables selection of an existing charge code for deletion from the Termination quotation.
This screen is split into three parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the screen name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Delete Charge Dialogue Box contains the following fields:
The charge code of the highlighted/selected code currently held against the Termination quotation. This field cannot be edited.
The text associated with the selected charge code. This text defaults in with the selected charge code. This text appears on the recharge invoice to the customer. This field cannot be edited.
The charge value associated with the selected charge code. This value defaults in with the selected charge code. This is the charge value (net of VAT) that is to be recharge to the customer. This field cannot be edited.
The code that is to be used to calculated the VAT to be added to the invoice. This code defaults in with the selected charge code. This field cannot be edited.
This is a calcualted value using the Value and the VAT Code. This field cannot be edited.
This is a calcualted value and is the total of the charge Value and the VAT Value. This value cannot be edited.
The following command buttons are available within this screen:
Deletes the selected charge code from the Termination quote.
Returns to the Other Charges Tab without deleting the code and its associated values.
Provides online context sensitive help.
