Accessed by way of Terminations / Quotations & Extensions / Manual Quotations and selection of the Review Postings Tab.
Selection of the Review Postings Tab enables the review of postings (system generated charges, etc) that the system is to make on termination of the contract that is currently being viewed. These postings cannot be edited.
Note: To reverse any postings a credit must be issued.
The Review Postings Tab Dialogue Box simply consists of a Postings Grid that displays a review of all the system generated charges shown in summary format. For an extended analysis of posting items a single-left-click on any postings row enables this item to be reviewed in full.
Working from left to right the information displayed for each posting item is as follows:
The Termination Controls code set up within the Kerridge Utilities menu.
this code is used to edit the description of the charge and the flag that enables posting to the accounts at Termination or Acceptance (dependent upon the Early Charges field setting within System Controls).
