RECORD MAINTENANCE

Overview

The Record Maintenance screen is accessed via Finance Funding / Kerridge Utilities / Record Maintenance. This option should not be used by anyone except ADP personnel. It enables a record to be edited directly, without verification. Records can be damaged via this option if edited incorrectly.

The screen is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Record Maintenance Grid and the column of Command Buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the screen name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

Displays the maximum number of records that may be held in the file.

The list displays up to a maximum of twenty four records at any one time. To view the remaining records the Scroll Bar to the right of the screen can be operated in a number of ways:

To directly edit a record a double-left-click of the mouse on the required filename row opens up the Record Maintenance Sub-form for direct maintenance of records within the file.

Note: Records displayed in red text are exclusive access denied.
