View Vehicle Funding Dialogue Box

The View Vehicle Funding dialogue box contains a number of selection criteria fields and option buttons that may be used individually or in conjunction with each other in order to locate the required vehicle. Entering a search string into one or more of the fields reduces the number of vehicles that are displayed on the screen from which to select.

All or part of the registration number of the vehicle may be entered directly into this field. This initiates a record search "from" the input criteria.

If the registration number of a vehicle is known to be R548NRX, then simply R548 may be entered into the registration number field. Entry of this selection returns to the screen a list of vehicle records commencing with the first vehicle which matches the input criteria (i.e. the first 4 characters of the registration number is equal to R548) and moving forwards or backwards in alphanumeric sequence to the end of the list.

Used in conjunction with the Start Key this effects a "From" and "To" search facility.

All or part of the registration number of the vehicle may be entered directly into this field. This initiates a record search "to" the input criteria.

If the registration number of a vehicle is known to be W732PDP, then simply W732 may be entered into the registration number field. Entry of this selection returns to the screen a list of vehicle records ending with the first vehicle which matches the input criteria (i.e. the first 4 characters of the registration number is equal to W732)

If all funding records are to be displayed then both the Start Key and End Key fields are left blank.

If only one record is to be displayed then the same registration number is entered in both the Start Key and End Key fields.

Displays the results of the search in reverse alphanumeric order. For example, a registration number starting with X807 is displayed before a registration number starting with X796.
