Franchise Mapping

Modules, companies and locations must be mapped to the appropriate franchise mnemonic in the Default Franchise mapping table.

To map modules, companies and locations:

  1. From the Operations Menu select General utilities.

    The MS UTILITIES MENU is displayed.

  2. Select System maintenance.

    The System maintenance menu is displayed.

  3. Select Franchise mapping.

    The Default Franchise mapping form is displayed.

  4. Make the changes you require, then click Cancel to cancel them or Save to save them, followed by Exit.

    You are returned to the System maintenance menu.

Default Franchise Mapping Form

This form is displayed when you select the Franchise mapping option on the System maintenance menu. It enables you to map modules, companies and locations.

Grid:

Core module: Module using functionality for your franchise.

Company number: Number of company using functionality for your franchise.

Location: Location of company using functionality for your franchise.

Franchise mnemonic: Two-character mnemonic for your franchise.
