The custom look up values form is displayed when you select the custom lookup values option from the CM Miscellaneous Options Menu custom lookup values which are grouped and linked by a common lookup type together and are used to group custom lookup values together these in turn are used scripts to enable agents to choose a customers response from a pre determined list. These three character codes can be created, deleted and maintained using this option.
Once you have selected custom lookup types from the miscellaneous options menu you will be presented with a standard grid. The grid is a four column grid headed custom lookup types sorted by code the fields on this form are:-.
Type code: the three character code for the group or lookup type the value belongs to.
Code: the lookup value code code itself which can be up to three characters in length
Description: a description of the code
