Call Back Reasons

The call back reasons form is displayed when you select the Call Back Reasons option from the CM Miscellaneous Options Menu call back reasons are used when a call center agent is closing a call as a call back, retry or recycled call. These three character codes can be created, deleted and maintained using this option.

Call back reasons fields

Once you have selected call back reasons from the miscellaneous options menu you will be presented with a standard grid. The grid is a four column grid headed call back reasons.

Reason code: the call back reason code itself which can be up to three characters in length

Description: a description of the code

Valid for call types: the type of call back the code can be used for. This can be set to Call back, Try later, Recycle or Efor rejected.

Call back time: the default call back time in minutes for the code
