CONTROL DEFAULTS (EDI TAB)

Overview

The Control Defaults EDI Tab set-up form is accessed via the Kerridge Utilities / Control Defaults menu options within the Contract Administration module.

The EDI Tab enables the set-up of import and export directories for electronic renewal of data.

• Export Magic Number

A unique sequential reference number for the next data export.

• Export Directory

The full destination directory pathname for the EDI file to be exported.

• Import Directory

The full directory pathname for the EDI file to be imported.

• Export Record Order

The sequence in which renewal data is to be exported. The following valid codes are available:

• R  Registration Number order.
• C  Customer Name
• A  Customer AccountCode
