Fleet System Parameters (Address Details Tab)

Overview

The Address Details Tab is used to determine which ten address group slots are to be automatically allocated within Address Groups.

To access the System Parameters Address Details Tab:

1. From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.

   The Fleet System Management menu is displayed.

2. Select the System Maintenance option.

   The System Maintenance menu is displayed.

3. Select the System Parameters option.

4. Select the Address Details Tab.

The following fields are displayed:

CRM Customer Source: Letter to be sent to Company or Customer? e.g. C.

Main Customer: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Main Customer Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Deliveries: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Deliveries Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Collections: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Collections Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Sales To: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Sales Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Maintenance: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Maintenance Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Terminations: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Terminations Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Main Supplier: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Main Supplier Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Bid Management: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Bid Management Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Vehicle Orders: Selection of the button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Vehicle Ordering Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Repairer: Selection of the ellipsis button allows the selection of the numerical order in which the Main Repairer Contact is displayed in the Details Tab within Address Groups.

Allow Quick SL Creation: A checkbox which, if ticked, enables the shortcut facility to be able to create a Sales Ledger account from within the Address Group. This allows the account code to be created and also creates the Contract Admin 1 Tab.
