CRM Users

From the CRM menu select CRM (Customer Relationship Management) users. The CRM users form has two tabs, as follows:

CRM Parameters Tab

The fields on this tab are required to set priorities enabling users to terminate and enter a maximum number of follow-up days in a contact.

Priority to terminate contact chain: Either Yes to enable the user to terminate a contact chain or No so that the user cannot terminate a contact chain.

Maximum number of Follow-Up days: Maximum number of follow-up days a user can enter in a contact.

Call Centre Tab

The call centre tab enables you to allocate locations to the user for which that user is going to be the preferred agent. The fields on this tab are grouped together under the heading Agent allocations. This includes nine occurrences of the location field. The locations can be typed in for validation by the system or selected from a list displayed when the drop-down button is clicked.
