Each person registered with FSA has to have his or her user ID created in the authorised users or they will not be able to offer FSA compliant products. A user who is not authorised or suspended will not see any of the FSA related options in the Vehicle or Aftersales processes.
FSA User: User ID must match with user details in system utilities.
Enter the user id manually or click the button to search. When the user is loaded the details in the General and suspension tab can be amended.
Date authorised: Date when this user was authorised to offer FSA products. Click the
Ellipsis button to select date from a calendar, or manually enter the date required.
Demands and Needs mandatory?: If Y is entered the Demands and Needs survey is mandatory for the selected user.
Can decline Demands and Needs?: Tick the check box if the user can decline a survey, or leave blank to restrict user from declining.
Default sales type: If a sales type is not found in Showroom system parameters or initial quote, record the default sales type from the authorised users. It will be automatically selected but it does not override the Salesperson settings if in use.
Note: The sales type only relates to Vehicle sales users and should be left blank for Aftersales users. If the user has access to both Vehicles and Aftersales then enter a sales type if required.
Suspend user?: Y to suspend the user from offering FSA related products, N or Blank to enable access to FSA products, or O to enable the user to override the FSA process and continue with an enquiry even if FSA products exists.
Suspended date: Date when the user was suspended (not mandatory if suspending users).
Suspended by user: User ID of the of the person authorised to suspend the user (not mandatory if suspending users).
