Mapping DD Franchise Code

You use this form to convert CRM vehicle franchise codes to a POS equivalent.

You must do this because POS codes must all be upper case, while DD codes are sometimes lowercase and numerical.

SO Mapping DD Franchise Code - UK Form

This form is displayed when you select Country Specifics > Aftersales menu > Point of sale Franchise setup > Mapping DD Franchise Code.

DD Company: Franchise Data company code.

POS company: Point of Sale company code.

DD Franchise Code: Franchise data franchise code

This tab is used to map DD and POS franchise codes so that they can be used in POS.

SO Franchise Mapping Group:

POS Franchise code: POS franchise code to be mapped to DD franchise code.

Description: Description of franchise code to be mapped to DD franchise code.
