Maintain Seasonal Equipment

The seasonal equipment maintenance function enables the creation or maintenance of NON Tyre equipment types (Hard top, Soft) assigned to a vehicle.

Note: Non tyre equipment is defined within the Equipment types setup function.

What do you want to do?

Seasonal Equipment Maintenance Form

This form is displayed when you click

CRM main menu > Seasonal equipment menu > Seasonal equipment management > New > New Equipment

or

CRM main menu > My Desktop > CRM Vehicle > Vehicle options > Seasonal Equipment > New > New Equipment

or

Point-of-Sale menu > Point-of-Sale > Links > Seasonal Equipment > New > New Equipment

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar Toolbar Action
File > Exit Exit.gif Exit the seasonal equipment Non Tyre maintenance function.

Action > Save Save.gif Saves the new or maintained Non tyre equipment record to the Seasonal equipment SEMS record.
Action > Cancel Stop.gif Cancel the creation or maintenance of a Non Tyre equipment record.

View > Previous Previous.gif Navigate to the previous NON Tyre equipment record for the selected vehicle.
View > Next Next.gif Navigate to the next NON Tyre equipment record for the selected vehicle.

Help > Help Help2.gif Displays this seasonal equipment maintenance Help topic in a web browser.

Equipment Area:

Equipment type: Enter or select the required Non tyre equipment type.

Quantity: Enter the required equipment type quantity to be used on the vehicle.

Description: Displays the description of the selected equipment type.

Storage area: Enter or select the storage location where the equipment is stored.

Bin: Enter or select the BIN location with the storage area where the equipment is stored.

Insurance value:

Invoice number:

Invoice Date:

Info: Free text entry information regards the equipment.

Storage Date Area:

Date / Time In: Display or entry area for recording the date / time the equipment was booked INTO the seasonal equipment system.

Date / Time Out: Display or entry area for recording the date / time the equipment was booked Out of the seasonal equipment system.

Select an Equipment Type

To select an equipment type:

  1. Click the Ellipsis DropDown.gif button located next to the Equipment type entry field to display a list of the available Non Tyre Equipment types.

  2. Click a type from the displayed list populates the Seasonal Equipment Maintenance form's equipment type entry field.

Select a Storage Area

To select a storage area:

  1. Click the Ellipsis DropDown.gif button located next to the Storage area entry field to display a list of the available Storage areas.

  2. Click a storage area from the displayed list populates the Seasonal Equipment Maintenance form's storage area entry field.

Select a BIN

To select a bin:

  1. Click the Ellipsis DropDown.gif button located next to the Bin entry field to display a list of the available Bins.

  2. Click a bin from the displayed list populates the Seasonal Equipment Maintenance form's bin area entry field.
