Service history filter

The filter button within the Vehicle history tab will allow you to filter on service history on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) vehicle record. The options available to filter on are Service code, Account or Branch. The filter will also allow you to display only service lines and match invoices and credits so they are not displayed.

Service code: Click on the to filter on service codes such as MEC, PDI. These are created from CRM, miscellaneous options, service codes or Point of Sale, miscellaneous options, service codes.

Account: Click on the to filter on service accounts.

Branch: Click on the to filter on a location. The location's available to filter on are held against the user details in system maintenance.

Display service lines only: If this box is ticked then only service lines will display. Vehicle stock books invoices cannot be filtered on.

Consolidate: If this box is ticked then all lines to the same account will be added together and shown as one line, e.g. W9999 account has an invoice and a credit, it will show as one line to the value of zero, matching the invoice against the credit

Note: When a filter has been applied it will remain until you reset the filter or exit out of CRM.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Help: Will display the current application.

Reset: This will reset all the filter options to the defaults.

Cancel: This will return you to the vehicle history tab will no filter applied.

Apply: This will apply all the filters set to the vehicle history form.
