You use this form to selectively map fuel and body codes within data imports to those used within the dealer franchise data module.
To map fuel and body codes:
Select Manufacturer Systems and FO. Ford.
The FORD OPERATIONS menu is displayed.
Select Franchise data update menu.
The FORD FRANCHISE DATA UPDATE MENU is displayed.
Select Franchise data import menu.
The FRANCHISE DATA IMPORT MENU is displayed.
Select Import franchise data.
The system prompts you to select the Franchise Data (DD) Company.
Select the DD Company.
The Franchise Data Import form is displayed.
Click Tools > Fuel and body codes ... on the menubar or 
on the tool bar.
The Fuel and body type mapping form is displayed.
Click the row you want to map.
The Autoline code field is activated.
The imported codes are mapped to the Autoline codes you selected.
This form is displayed when you select Manufacturer Systems and FO. Ford > Franchise Data Update Menu > Franchise Data Import Menu > Import franchise data and select the DD Company and then select Tools > Fuel and body codes ... from the menu bar or from the toolbar.
Buttons:
Update: Update any changes you have made to the information in the grid.
Grid:
Type: Type of code to map. One of:
- B - Body
- F - Fuel
Map from: Code to map from. This is the code that is obtained from the original data import.
Map to: Code to map the data to. This is the Autoline code.
Description: Brief description of the data. For example, Coupe, Estate if the code type is a body type.
Detail Group:
Type: Type of code to map. One of:
- B - Body
- F - Fuel
Code: Original code that is obtained from the original data import. The field to the right contains a brief description. For example, H in the first field could have a description of Hatchback if the type field is body.
Autoline code: Autoline code to map the original code to. You select the correct code from the selection of codes in this drop down field.
