A time bands table must be set for Roadside Technician. This determines how much time a labour line in a WIP will be allocated. For example, normal time, time and a half or double time.
Tip: The basic time bands file is created when the mobile mechanic product is installed. However, the times need to be setup.
Legend
The legend for the time bands is as follows:

This form is displayed when you click MS > X1 Aftersales Add-Ons > Mobile Mechanic Menu > Time Bands.
The time bands form covers 24 hours a day in increments of 15 minutes and every day of the week. It is valid for all months of the year. It is used to set times as accurately as possible in order for WIP labour lines to be charged correctly.
Module: The module of the system that the time band is setup for.
Company: The company the time band is setup for.
Table Code: The table code name that is currently being used.
Note: This table can be setup per company. However, generally the standard one is used.
Time Bands Grid:
Monday - Sunday: Each day of the week.
00 - 23: The hours of the day.
00, 15, 40 & 45: The increments of 15 minutes for the hours displayed above the increments.
