Using the Mass Parameter Copy Utility Form, you can mass copy the available parameter files from one company to other companies.
Warning: Using this copy function will copy all the parameters from one to the other company without any validation! Manual check per project is still required.
To mass parameter copy:
Type the company number from where you want to copy.
Select the company to which you want paste the copied parameters to.
Select or clear the gridlines, which you want to mass copy with the defined company numbers.
Note: When the gridline is black you can select or clear it for the mass parameter copy.
Click Create copy to run the mass parameter copy for the selected files.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > X2. Generic - Accounting > Menu - Utilities > Generic Accounting Parameters to display the Accounts parameter configuration utility form and you click the Tools > Copy control menu bar command. It enables you to mass copy the available parameter files.
All options and fields on the Mass parameter copy utility form are described as follows:
Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Company numbers:
From: Type the company number from where you want to copy.
To: Type the company number to which you want to copy. Type ** for all companies.
Parameter files:
Displays all available parameter files. When the gridline is black you can select or clear it for the mass copy. A red gridline contains a message why the parameter file cannot be copied.
File name: Displays the parameter file name.
Description: Displays the description of the parameter file.
Message: Displays in red the reason why a parameter help file cannot be copied or displays in black that the mass copy is run for this parameter file.
Copy: When the gridline is black, you can select or clear a file for mass parameter copy.
