With these parameters it is possible that the user can add the actual mileage of the demo vehicle and the fuel level when starting a demonstrator booking, and add the actual mileage of the demo vehicle and the fuel level on return of the vehicle. The four fields are placed under the section for Actual details of the Customer Demonstration Vehicle Booking form.

Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It maintains Demonstration vehicle booking parameter records for the selected company.
Fields:
Use mileage and fuel in demo booking: Select to use the fields Mileage and Fuel in the Customer Demonstration Vehicle Booking.
Mileage and fuel mandatory: Select to make sure that the Out mileage and Out fuel are mandatory when creating the contract and the In fuel and In mileage are mandatory when the vehicle is returned.
Note: A message is displayed, that you have to complete the mileage and fuel fields, when you have selected the Mileage and fuel mandatory parameter and set the Auto complete ‘Now’ test drives? parameter in the CRM system’s user access form to Y Yes.
