Adjustment

This form is displayed when you when you click the Adjustment button on the Display Stock Card form, and allows the quick and easy adjustment of the parts stock location and quantity from within the stock management system.

Note: The result of an adjustment will, in the background, create a Parts POS WIP, using the pre-defined Parts stock adjustment account, the movement / adjustment of the stock can be seen immediately on the Display Stock Card forms movement tab

Stock Adjustment Form

Part details:

Part number: The part number(selected for quick stock adjustment.

Description: The description of the selected part.

Selected stock quantity: The current stock level / quantity of the selected part.

Adjustment details:

Stock location: Display of the selected parts location, clicking the Ellipsis button allows the user to search for a new stock location.

New stock quantity: Displays the current stock quantity and allows the entry of the new stock quantity.

Note: The New stock quantity entered is compared against the Selected stock quantity and a message is displayed clarifying the expected result of the adjustment to the location and stock quantity.
