This form is displayed when you click Point-of -Sale > Miscellaneous options > Discount setup > Lookups
> Terms.
Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Terms Record Area:
Note: This area displays a list of the existing Terms records.
Code: Defines a unique terms code.
Description: Description of the unique terms.
Clicking the Create
button displays a blank terms record.
Enter the new terms Code and Description.
Pressing Enter or Tab creates a new terms record.
Clicking the terms record you want to amend activates the Amend
button.
Amend the terms Code and Description.
Pressing Enter or Tab creates a new terms record.
Clicking the terms record you want to delete activates the Delete
button.
Clicking the Delete
button deletes the selected terms record.
