The Review Estimates function enables the comparison between printed POS estimate labour / part costs and the current WIP costs, within this function the user can (If priority permission permitts) revert the current WIP line details back to original printed estimate details on a line by line basis.

Estimate No: Displays the latest POS estimate number.
RADIO BUTTONS:
Estimate line only: Check this box to hide any non estimate related WIP lines from the review estimate display.
Estimate Area (Left hand side):
Estimate line number: Displays the line number of the estimate transaction
Estimate line type: Displays the type of estimate transaction L = Labour, P = Part, M=Menu.
Estimate line description: Displays the description of the estimate transaction.
Estimate menu code: Displays the menu code assigned to the estimate transaction.
Estimate line value: Displays the value of the estimate transaction.
Current Area (Right hand side):
Current line number: Displays the line number of the current WIP transaction
Current line type: Displays the type of current WIP transaction L = Labour, P = Part, M=Menu.
Current line description: Displays the description of the current WIP transaction.
Current menu code: Displays the menu code assigned to the current WIP estimate transaction.
Current line value: Displays the value of the estimate transaction.
Estimate total: Displays the total value of the WIP estimate.
WIP Total: Displays the total value of the current WIP's transactions.
Note: If the system is configured to use Incremental estimate numbering, an estimate number dropdown function is activated, enabling the user selection of previously recorded WIP estimates.
Clicking the Down arrow located next to the Estimate No displays a list of any previous estimates allocated to the current WIP.
Clicking the required estimate number displays the Estimate Details form regards the selected estimate.
Clicking the Estimate line only button, refreshes the Estimate Details form o only contain transactions that originate from the printed estimate.
Note: The revert function is Only available if the value on the current WIP line is Bold.
Right clicking a current WIP line value highighted in Bold displays the Revert to estimate option.
Clicking the Revert to estimate option replaces the current WIP line details with the details from the estimate line and maintains the actual WIP line accordingly.
Double left clicking an estimate line activates the display of the displays the Estimate form.
This form is displayed when you click Point-of -Sale > Point-of-Sale > Tools > Review estimate option > Double left click an estimate line.
RTS code/Part No: Displays the estimate line RTS code or Part number.
Product description: Displays the description of the RTS code or Part number.
Actual line no(sort): Displays the line position of the estimate transaction.
Menu code: Displays the menu code assigned to the estimate transaction.
Warranty code: Displays the warranty menu code assigned to the estimate transaction.
Labour rate: Displays the estimate transaction line labour rate code.
Order quantity: Displays the estimate order quantity.
Product cost: Displays the estimate transaction line cost.
Discount percentage: Displays the estimate transactions percentage discount.
Vat code: Displays the estimate transactions VAT code.
POS Operator: Displays the POS operator code assigned to the estimate.
PUSH BUTTONS:
OK: Returns back to the Estimate Details form
Double left clicking an estimate line activates the display of the Part details form.
Clicking the tool bar displays the Legend form.
This form is displayed when you click Point-of -Sale > Point-of-Sale > Tools > Review estimate option > Legend toolbar button.
Detail has changed from estimate: Indicates that the current WIP line information differs from the estimate line information, this does not mean that the revert option is available.
WIP line has been deleted: Indicates that a line has been deleted from the WIP and will not be available to select to reverse.
Line differs from estimate (right click available): If the value column is bold then the revert line back to the original estimate function is available.
