The Vehicle Health Check (VHC) function enables the creation or maintenance of Tyre equipment assigned to a vehicle.
What do you want to do?
This form is displayed when you click Point-of -Sale > Point-of-Sale > Links option > Record VHC > Tyres button.
Note: A display only version of VHC Tyres Check Form is activated from the Display Tyre Details option within POS > Links.

Tyre Area:
Manufacturer: Enter or select the required tyre Manufacturer.
Model: Enter or select the required tyre model.
Size: Enter or select the required tyre size.
DOT code: Enter the DOT code.
Radio button:
Set for all: Selecting this button defines that all of the enter tyre details are to apply to all other tyre's.
Rim Area:
Manufacturer: Enter or select the required rim Manufacturer.
Size: Enter or select the required rim size.
Radio button:
Set for all: Selecting this button defines that all of the enter Rim details are to apply to all other tyre's.
Tyre set info (all tyres):
Info: Free text entry information relating to all of the tyes records for the vehicle during the VHC checking process.
Specific Area:
Position: Enter or select the required tyre position on the vehicle.
Inner tread: Enter or select measurement reading for Inner tyre tread.
Middle tread: Enter or select measurement reading for Middle tyre tread.
Outer tread: Enter or select measurement reading for Outer tyre tread.
Condition Area:
Tyre condition: Enter or select the tyre Condition.
Alloy / Cover condition: Enter or select the alloy / Cover Condition.
Dates Area:
Date / Time : Displays the date / time the VHC tyre was created.
Buttons:
Back: This function is not currently available.
Next: Navigate to the next VHC tyre record.
To select a manufacturer:
Click the Drop Down button located next to the Manufacturer entry field to display a list of the available Manufacturers.
Click a manufacturer from the displayed list populates the VHC Tyre Check form's manufacturer entry field.
To select a model:
Click the Drop Down button located next to the Model entry field to display a list of the available Models.
Click a model from the displayed list populates the VHC Tyre Check form's model entry field.
To select a size:
Click the Drop Down button located next to the Size entry field to display a list of the available Sizes.
Click a model from the displayed list populates the VHC Tyre Check form's size entry field.
To select a position:
Click the Drop Down button located next to the Position entry field to display a list of the available Positions.
Click a position from the displayed list populates the VHC Tyre Check form's position entry field.
To select a tread:
Click the Drop down button located next to the Tread entry field to display a list of the available Treads.
Click a tread from the displayed list populates the VHC Tyre Check form's tread entry field.
To select a condition:
Click the Drop Down button located next to the Condition entry field to display a list of the available Conditions.
Click a condition from the displayed list populates the VHC Tyre Check form's condition entry field.
To navigate to the Next or Previous tyre equipment:
Click the Back button navigates to the previous VHC tyre record.
Click the Next button navigates to the next VHC tyre record.
To apply the selected Manufacturer / Model to all Tyre's / Trims:
Clicking the Set for all radio button defines that the selected manufacturer / model for the tyre's/rims is to apply to all newly entered tyre's / trims.
