You can display a line-by-line breakdown of options selected on previous forms, according to price, using the Deal Presentation form.
The order in which the options are displayed can be amended in the System Parameters Presentation tab.
This form is displayed when you select Display > Deal Presentation or Edit > Deal Presentation on the Showroom Enquiries form.
Menu bar Toolbar Action File > Print Sends a copy of the Deal Presentation to the currently selected printer. A format identifier is required and can be entered in the system parameters General tab. Edit > Include/Exclude VAT Displays all figures with/without VAT. View > Previous Returns you to the Showroom Enquiries form. View > Next Returns you to the Showroom Enquiries form. Tools > Lock workstation — Locks the current session. This can be used to prevent unauthorised access while a terminal is left unattended. The password required to unlock can be set in the User details form in the System Utilities module. Alternatively, press Ctrl+Alt+Z to lock. Help > Help — Displays this help topic in your default browser.

Tip: Each section of the presentation can be expanded and collapsed by clicking the + and - buttons.
Vehicle: Description, cash price and monthly equivalent if utilising a finance scheme of the vehicle.
Note: the standard factory-fitted options are listed here if the Standard FFOs in vehicle section check-box on the System Parameters form is selected.
Trade-Ins: Description and price of up to three trade-in vehicles with any early settlement figures. Trade-in vehicles can be removed or added by selecting or deselecting the check-box.
Amount to finance: Amount to be financed followed by a first payment, additional payments, the final payment, APR %, any Credit protection Insurance and finance pauses selected. The monthly payment amount is displayed on the heading.
Accessories: Each accessory selected including the description, cash and monthly equivalent if utilising a finance scheme. Accessories can be removed or added by selecting or deselecting the check-box.
Customer Contribution: Any deposits that are added to the enquiry.
