This page provides tips for using common features of the user interface in the Showroom CRM module.
Many functions of the Showroom CRM module are presented in sequences of forms, similar to wizards used in other parts of Autoline. The order in which forms are displayed is fixed by design and navigated using Next and Previous buttons, typically located both in the bottom right corner or each form and on the toolbar.
If the Next button is unavailable this indicates that further selections must be made on the current form, for example the selection of vehicle model, colour or trim when creating a quote on a new vehicle.
The ability to cancel is determined by user priority settings in System parameter. If permitted, selecting Exit from the File menu displays a warning message to prevent accidental loss of all selections made so far in the current sequence of forms.
Notes or web pages can be attached to the vehicles, models, options, finance schemes, etc. Where these have been set up a blue information symbol is displayed. Click on these to access the associated information.
