The File Record maintenance option allows you to manually edit the valuation data by double clicking on a particular file in the table.
To access the Record maintenance:
From the Rev. 8 Master menu, select the Valuation Systems option and the company you require.
The VALUATION SYSTEMS menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Record maintenance option.
The Record Maintenance form is displayed.
