Find Contract Form

This form is displayed when you click the Find Search.gif button on the Contract Pricing form. It enables you to find contracts.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar Toolbar Action
File > Exit Exit.gif Returns you to the Contract Pricing form without selecting a contract record.
File > Open Open.gif Returns you to the Contract Pricing form, and populates that form from the contract record selected in the grid on this form. Enabled when a contract record is selected in the grid.
Help Help2.gif Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Grid:

The grid displays all existing contract records that match the key fields on the Contract Pricing form. Therefore a non-blank key field filters and reduces the number of records displayed. If all the key fields on the Contract Pricing form are blank, all existing contract records are displayed, up to a limit of 1000.

Double-clicking or right-clicking a row in the grid is equivalent to selecting that row and clicking the Open Open.gif button.

You cannot edit this form. Most of the fields in the grid are components of the key, and therefore correspond to fields in the Key group on the Contract Pricing form. See the help for the Contract Pricing form for more details of their meanings.
