This Tab is present for all records types and displays the associated marketing company and target details.
To access the customer details tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the Miscellaneous Options option.
The Miscellaneous Options form is displayed.
Select the Company Details option.
The Company Details form is displayed.
The following fields are contained within the Details Tab:
Type: Fundamental to the company record. This field denotes the type of record created i.e. Customer, Supplier or Both.
Note: If the Type is defined as a supplier then an additional three repairer tabs are displayed.
Dependent upon which type is selected then various tabs are enabled allowing associated data fields to be populated.
Address Type: The company details or area of the company to be contacted. There are currently seven available slots to be allocated for the various areas of the system, which are as follows:
Main Company:
The slot allocated to the company details itself.
Main Contact:
The slot for allocating the main contact at the company.
Order Contact:
Accounts Contact:
Fleet Manager:
Termination Contact:
Insurance Company:
Tip: A single-left-click on any of the seven icons displays the Customer List form which displays all customers currently linked to the selected company record.
Company/Contact name: Displays the full customer name and customer record number of the customer selected for one of the seven selected slots via the Customer List.
